Sanitation / Janitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Sanitation Specialist to join our fast-paced food production facility. You will play a vital part in keeping our facility running smoothly and safely by ensuring all cooking equipment and production areas meet strict hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Disassemble industrial cooking devices and machinery to prepare them for deep cleaning. Operate power washing equipment to thoroughly clean large production tools and machine components. Safely apply, mix, and store commercial cleaning supplies and sanitizers. Mop, scrub, and sanitize all production floor areas to maintain a spotless and safe environment. Proactively identify areas that require additional cleaning and address them immediately. Reassemble cooking devices accurately once sanitation is complete. Follow all facility safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety guidelines. Will disassemble machinery to clean and sanitize. Responsible for power washing, wiping, sweeping, and mopping. Essential Functions Work in a smoke free environment. Wear steel toe shoes. Operate in a non-temperature controlled environment. Manually lift up to 50 lbs. Stand for 10 hours at a time. Work weekends.
