Floating Service Manager — Multi-Location Auto Care

Meineke is seeking a Floating Service Advisor/Manager to oversee customer satisfaction and operational excellence across multiple Southern New Jersey and Bucks County centers. The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites. You will manage labor, expenses, and dispatch, while tracking KPIs and ensuring safety compliance.
