As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties:Physical Care: Assist patients with daily living needs, provide first aid, and support mobility and safe transfersMedication Management: Administer medications, maintain accurate records, and observe patient responsesProcedural Support: Prepare patients for procedures, collect specimens, and report changes in conditionPsychosocial Support: Interact with patients using therapeutic communication and assist with behavioral needsInfection Control: Follow proper hygiene and sanitation practices to maintain a safe care environmentDocumentation: Record patient information clearly and accurately following facility guidelinesInterested in learning more?
