Safety Coordinator
LeMans Corporation
We’re looking for a proactive Safety Coordinator to support safety programs across our distribution center and office environments. This role plays a key part in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance, and helping keep our teams safe every day.
What You’ll Do
- Support incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and root cause analysis
- Track and analyze safety metrics, training records, and compliance data
- Assist in developing and improving safety programs, trainings, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and facility walkthroughs
- Partner with teams to identify safety risks and implement solutions
- Participate in safety committees and help drive action items forward
- Stay current on safety regulations and industry best practices
What You Bring
- 0–2 years of safety experience ( internships/co-ops welcome )
- Associate’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices (OSHA)
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in warehouse or distribution environments (preferred)
