RN - Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Unit 5E) 

Unit Information

Unit: 30-bed (flex to 37 beds) mixed surgical unit
Beds: 30-37

Patient Ratios: 1:5-6 (subject to change based on facility needs)

Days: 1-2 patient turnover per nurse per day

Required Certifications
Must be attached at submission:

• BLS

Minimum Experience Requirements

• 1 year recent acute care experience
• 1 year travel experience

Preferred:

• EPIC experience
• CAPD experience
• ACLS
• CCRN
• PCCN
• National Institute of Health(NIH) Stroke Certification
• Bachelor of Science Nursing

• 6 months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
