Certified Nursing Assistant – Rehabilitation

Schedule: Days 6am - 2pm, Every Other Weekend, Holidays per Unit Needs

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• New York Certified Nursing Assistant (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2 years' CNA experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met.
• Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and care provided.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a clean environment.
• Recognize signs of illness and report them to supervisors promptly.
• Communicate effectively with registered nurses regarding any changes in residents' conditions.
