Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations and help ensure gift cards are properly organized and placed on cardboard racks before being shipped to Walmart stores. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, basic computer skills, and the ability to move throughout the warehouse while verifying product placement. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or related experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Verify that gift cards are properly placed and organized on designated cardboard racks.
• Move throughout the warehouse to check product placement and ensure items are prepared for shipment.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform basic counting, calculations, and data entry as needed.
• Use basic computer functions to enter, retrieve, or verify information.
• Identify and report product placement, quantity, or quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized work areas and records.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily operations.

Requirements:  

• 1+ year of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to write, perform basic calculations, and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems or software.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to reason, analyze, and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
• Ability to read small print and reach above shoulder level.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

Schedule:  

• 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (10 hours per day)

Compensation:  

• $20.00 per hour
