Locums Vascular Surgery Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified or legitimately Board Eligible Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens coverage in Midland, Michigan. This opportunity offers a broad vascular surgery practice with inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic, procedures, surgery, vascular testing, and call coverage.


Position Highlights

• Weekend Call: 1:3 rotation, with occasional coverage of 2 weekends per month
• Call Coverage: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call
• Clinical Responsibilities:
• Inpatient rounding
• Outpatient vascular clinic
• Vascular procedures and surgery
• Vascular testing interpretation/reads
• Procedural Settings: Cath lab, Interventional Radiology, hybrid OR, traditional OR, and vascular lab
• 2025 Volume: 2,371 total cases/procedures
• OR Cases: 566
• Invasive Procedures: 1,323
• Satellite Procedures: 184
• Minor Procedures: 276
• Vascular Testing Reads: 10,195
• Provider Productivity: 90th percentile
• Proctoring: 5-case requirement

• Board Certified or legitimately Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Active Michigan medical license or IMLC
• Ability to provide inpatient, outpatient, surgical, procedural, and call coverage
