If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering results, we want to hear from you!Manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects from initial assessment through completionConduct on-site inspections and develop detailed scope of work and project plansCoordinate and supervise field technicians, subcontractors, and crews to ensure quality and efficiencyCommunicate regularly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters throughout the project lifecycleDocument project progress, moisture readings, and mitigation activities using industry softwareEnsure compliance with IICRC standards, safety protocols, and company guidelinesMonitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to maximize profitability and client satisfactionPrior experience in water/fire/mold mitigation or restoration project management strongly preferredIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, or similar) a plusStrong knowledge of mitigation processes, drying science, and industry best practicesExperience working with insurance claims and documentationExcellent communication, leadership, and customer service skillsProficiency with restoration management software (Xactimate, Dash, or similar) preferredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as neededRainbow Restoration of Sacramento is a trusted name in property damage restoration, proudly serving residential and commercial clients across the region.
