We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will assist with patient assessments, administer medications and vaccines, perform clinical procedures, document patient information, and work closely with the healthcare team to deliver excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform routine assessments
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Perform phlebotomy and point-of-care testing
• Monitor and document patient conditions using EMR (Epic preferred)
• Educate patients on medications, self-care, and disease management
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
• Experience using EMR systems (Epic preferred)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
