Overview

BrioWealth is seeking a full-time Associate Financial Advisor for our Costa Mesa, CA office. This individual will play a key role in supporting a high-performing financial planning practice with a strong client base and a commitment to long-term growth.

This is not a cold-calling or heavy prospecting role, but rather a relationship-focused position supporting an established and growing client base.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships by processing client requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring all client information and documentation is accurate and up to date
• Maintain regular contact with clients to provide and obtain information, answer product-related questions, and assist with transactions and service needs
• Assist in preparing, presenting, and implementing customized financial plans
• Support Lead Advisors in preparing for and following up on client meetings
• Update and maintain client information within CRM and financial planning tools
• Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to schedule meetings, maintain engagement, and support ongoing relationship development
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
• Complete electronic and paper service forms, account paperwork, and new business applications

Qualifications

• Securities licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or Series 7, 63, and 65), along with resident state Life, Health, and Annuities licenses
• Ability to successfully complete background check, fingerprinting, and licensing verification requirements
• Previous financial services experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Experience working alongside a Financial Advisor preferred
• Strong technical proficiency with business tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems such as Redtail)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $105,000 (depending on experience)
• New Business Participation: Revenue splits on new business generated
• Incentives: Bonuses and commissions based on performance and business results
