- Implement company policies, procedures, and initiatives to maintain brand standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to support growth and expansion plans.
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality and team development.
