Facility: GSS NE Bloomfield Location: Bloomfield, NE Address: 300 N 2nd St, Bloomfield, NE 68718, USA Shift: 12 Hours – Night Shifts (6pm – 6:30am) Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 Salary Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 available Rotating weekends and holidays Shift differentials: Monday–Thursday (6pm–6am): $1.25/hr additional Friday–Sunday (6pm–6am): $7.25/hr additional Job Summary The Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. The RN collaborates with residents, families, providers, and other inter‑disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. They demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, utilizing appropriate age and population‑specific standards. Key responsibilities include: Providing preventative, health maintenance, diagnostic, and treatment care for residents. Coordinating care, resident assessment, resident education, and various nursing interventions. Serving as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their competency. Ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolving care concerns. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure accepted under NLC. Maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
