We are seeking a motivated, growth-minded Associate General Dentist who is eager to continue learning, expanding their clinical skills, and contributing to a highly supportive, team-oriented culture. This is an opportunity is for a Associate General Dentist in the nearby commutable town of Pueblo, CO  able to work a Full Time Schedule with Office Hours from M-TH: 8 AM– 5 PM & F: 8 AM -1 PM . Compensation $300K Annually, with a 12 month Daily Guarantee of $1K, OR 30-32% of collections with no lab fees .

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active or eligible Colorado dental licensure
• Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• CPR/BLS certification in good standing
• Strong foundation in general dentistry with ability to independently perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Experience in restorative dentistry including fillings, crowns, and bridges
• Experience with extractions and removable prosthetics (full and partial dentures)
• Endodontic experience (root canals) preferred, not required
• Strong communication skills with ability to clearly present treatment plans and educate patients on oral health, prevention, and treatment options
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical, patient-centered care

 

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Provide restorative and general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, removable. prosthetics, and basic endodontics.
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients.
• Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and available treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with specialists and internal team members in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and patient-centered office culture.
• Uphold high clinical standards and ethical treatment practices.
• Engage in continuing education, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

 

Expectations

A typical day includes 6–7 hygiene checks as the Associate works out of 2 dedicated operatories, and a third reserved for overflow and emergency cases, with a daily volume of approximately 10–13 patients.
