Social Worker (LCSW) 

Day shift/ Need to have someone who has Acute Hospital Care experience and be familiar with MediCal and Medicare.

One year of acute care experience required. Two preferred. Must be licensed in CA (LCSW).

Cerner experience strongly preferred.
