Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality department, providing direction and helping provide training for employees. Responsibilities: Establish and enforce quality standards for products and processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality and reliability standards. Develop testing methods for raw materials and in-process inspections. Maintain product quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare reports on product and process quality. Manage the quality assurance team and ensure operational efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations. Manage the quality assurance budget and contribute to financial objectives. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Prior leadership experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality system requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
