Job SummaryThis position entails administrative duties with limited supervision, overseeing the administration of RamQuest CCE - Title Production Application and its supporting solutions. This is an onsite role located in Radnor, PA, or Winston Salem, NC.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop business process solutions to support workflow and process improvement goals.Configure and maintain Title Production System "RamQuest" applications and functions, including user permissions for audits.Monitor application integrity and provide tech support.Create and update documentation, such as user guides and reports.Develop user training materials.Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and management.Contribute to technical projects and plan software implementations and upgrades.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Education and Experience: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or relevant software development experience 2+ years of RamQuestOur Commitment to YouAt Innovative Development, LLC we value our employees and invest in their personal and professional growth.
