• Ability to commit to at least 7 consecutive days per month
• Strong clinical judgment and confident decision-making in a consultative setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the hospital care team

Responsibilities

• Provide call-only coverage for hand surgery needs in a hospital setting
• Evaluate and manage surgical consults as needed
• Support timely treatment of hand and upper-extremity surgical concerns
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Respond appropriately to callback needs during scheduled coverage
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation
