Senior Project Manager

What you´ll do

• Work alongside our team focusing on projects surrounding Adhesives within the Construction industry
• Product Line Review Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management of annual Product Line Reviews and customer line review processes for major retailers, with particular focus on The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart
• Customer Events and Activation Management: Own the planning and execution governance for customer-facing strategic events and trade engagement activities
• Launch Commercialization Project Management: Drive cross-functional commercialization for strategic new product launches across relevant channels and customers
• Annual Activation Calendar Management: Lead planning and execution governance for the annual channel and customer activation calendar
• Cross-Functional PMO Governance: Establish simple, disciplined project management practices that improve transparency, accountability and execution

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Five or more years of experience in project management, trade marketing, category management, sales operations, commercial excellence or a related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong organization, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities, with experience creating clear project updates and executive-ready materials
• Experience working with The Home Depot, Walmart, and/or Lowe's
• Experience supporting Product Line Reviews or comparable retailer line review processes
• Experience in consumer goods, adhesives, building materials, home improvement or retail
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and event partners
• Project management certification is an advantage

The salary range for this role is $85,000.00 and $95,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable.  The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
