Outside Sales Representative – Fire & EMS Apparatus (Northern VA & Maryland Territories) Recruiter | Manufacturing | Metals | Engineering Are you passionate about the fire and emergency services industry? Do you have a strong background in sales and a solid understanding of Fire and EMS vehicles? Join our team and make a direct impact by equipping first responders with the tools they need to save lives. What You'll Do: Build strong, face-to-face relationships with fire departments and EMS providers to understand their needs. Guide customers through the sales process — from needs assessment to product selection and customization. Stay ahead of industry trends by attending trade shows, events, and training sessions. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient sales transactions from start to finish. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in outside sales , preferably in Fire/EMS apparatus or a related field. Strong ability to identify prospects, cold call, and schedule appointments with potential clients. A passion for delivering value and solving problems for emergency service providers. Solid knowledge of Fire and EMS vehicles; a CDL is a plus but not required.
