Area Supervisor

McDonald's Area Supervisor We are a family owned McDonald's franchise looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Multiple Restaurant Area Supervisor. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
- Great decision-making skills
- Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and build relationships with their peers and crew
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team
- Actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve the operations of the restaurant
- Ensure safety and security of staff
- Identify, report, and maintain, equipment to provide quality product and service
- Conduct performance reviews and goal setting with General Managers while ensuring they do the same for management and crew
- Identify opportunities for improvement of restaurant operations
- Ensure proper staffing levels and that measures are made to retain and grow in our organization.
- Competitive pay $65,000 -$80,000
