Work Hours (Shift) - 1st shift

Starting Pay - $18.10

Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble intricate machine components according to blueprints or work instructions.
• Quality Inspection: Perform visual checks and basic measurements to ensure every part meets our high-quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain simple production logs to track completed work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mindset and take pride in accuracy.
• Manual Dexterity: Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive motions.
• Reliability: You show up on time and are ready to contribute to the team's success.
• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 30 lbs.
