Financial Data Analyst

A growing organization is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and partnering cross-functionally within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Support recurring dashboard/report refreshes and ad hoc reporting requests Assist with financial and vendor data uploads, validation, and database maintenance Build and improve workflows, reporting processes, and analytical models Monitor and maintain data quality across multiple systems and sources Partner with internal teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Support strategic initiatives through data analysis and actionable insights Job Requirements 0–2 years of experience working with data, analytics, accounting, or finance Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Exposure to Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive, or Datarails is a plus Strong communication skills with high attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally Full-time employees are also eligible for benefits options such as health coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k benefits.
