Staff Accountant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 39.00 to $ 45.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries across multiple entities
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements and intercompany transactions
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
• Assist with audits, government reporting, and financial analysis (P&L and balance sheet)
• Manage daily cash activity and ongoing financial record accuracy

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; 3–5 years of general accounting experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting systems (Dynamics GP a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently
