Benefits Specialist: Detail-Driven & Impactful Admin

Job Description Job Description Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Lawrenceville, Ga area that is looking to add a Benefits Specialist to their team. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn and contribute. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, administer and manage employee benefits programs such as insurance plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Conduct benefits orientations and explain benefits self-enrollment system to new hires.
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries.
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligible data.
- Work closely with the HR team and third-party administrators to resolve benefits-related issues.
- Assisting employees with benefits, maintaining employee database, handling benefits reporting and assisting with audits as required
- Assist in the administration of company wellness programs.
- 2+ years' experience as a Benefits Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, or HR Specialist.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Maintains updated knowledge of federal and state legislation and their potential impact on benefits.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex benefits terminology in a simple and understandable way.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, desire to learn and contribute.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
