Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - ICU

• Manage care for patients on vents and progressive unit patients
• Care for overdose and suicide patients
• Operate ART lines and provide general ICU support
• Utilize Onmicell, Accucheck, and EPIC systems
• Float to Medsurg as needed

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - ICU

• IN RN license required
• 2+ years of ICU/Progressive Care experience required
• BLS through AHA required
• ACLS required - AHA only
• NIH stroke scale and PALS certifications required
