Bilingual Career Coach (NJ Licensed)

Supporting relocation and outplacement solutions, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (NJ Licensed) will provide one-on-one coaching to employees and their spouses/partners, assisting them with job search strategies, resume writing, and integration into new environments, while working remotely from home. Key responsibilities Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve professional and personal goals Guide participants through the coaching process and assist with job search skills, including resume writing and interview preparation Maintain internal service delivery records and monitor the progress of program participants Required qualifications Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching, particularly with expats and accompanying spouses Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools Knowledge of living and job searching in the NJ or Northeast US region Ability to work up to 20 hours per week as caseloads increase
