RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, organize, manage and actively drive all aspects of quality assurance activities to fulfill customers’ requirements and expectations. Develop and motivate the QA team to excellent performance collaborating with colleagues on all levels.
· Assists with the planning and implementation of new programs, suppliers, services and projects; monitors progress and evaluates results; recommends changes or other action as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in related field.
· Four to six years related experience or equivalent.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
· Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
· Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
EXPERIENCE:
· Implementing and maintaining AS9100, ISO 14001 as well as ISO 45001 certifications is a must. Knowledge about IATF 16949 and AS9102 is a plus.
· Experience in LEAN and Six Sigma. Preferably a certified green belt.
- · Understand statistical process control tools and support manufacturing departments quality control activities.
