The Role: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40+ sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance. Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term strategic relationships with contractors, project stakeholders, and commercial clients. Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration across multiple project types. The Candidate: Strong background in Commercial HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems. Proven success selling into contractors or project-driven environments. A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate high-performing teams.
