The Physical Therapist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing patients to create personalized treatment plans. Tasks include providing evidence-based therapies to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and promote recovery, as well as educating patients on exercises and overall wellness. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, rehabilitation methods, pain management, and mobility improvement strategies Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills Clear communication and patient education abilities to convey techniques and progress effectively Experience working collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver integrated care Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Wisconsin (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date) A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively Preferred: Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and participation in continuing education specific to physical therapy #J-18808-Ljbffr GlobalPoint
