Part-time or full-time, in-person. Location: Concord, Martinez, and additional openings in Alameda & Contra Costa Counties. Salary: $27 – $31 per hour. Mileage reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between clients. Flexible scheduling: afternoons, evenings, and weekends available. What You’ll Be Doing Engage clients in fun & meaningful activities such as games, walks, crafts, or other positive interactions. Help prevent challenging behaviors by applying proactive behavior strategies or antecedent-based interventions. Provide caregiver relief and support, giving parents and caregivers a much-needed break. Receive hands‑on training and support from BCBAs and mid-level supervisors. Advance your career in ABA, with opportunities to become an RBT or BCBA. Are You a Good Fit? You enjoy working with teens and adults with special needs. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations. CPR certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
