Overview

R ecruiting an additional Gastroenterologist to join our multi-specialty group in Stockton, CA. The incoming specialist would develop a busy, full-scope practice. Fellowship training in hepatology is required.

• General GI position with option for ERCP if desired. Not a EUS only role. Must have a desire to do true general GI procedures.

Compensation Package:

• Salary guarantee period, bonus incentives, generous time off

• Compensation Range: $435,130 - $542,723 / Year

• Patient Care : Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Procedures: Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures; provide pre-operative and post-operative care for patients.
• Communication : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Quality Improvement : Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
• Compliance : Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
