We build and sell commercial-grade arcade basketball games, working with high-profile clients ranging from professional sports franchises, collegiate athletic programs and stadium fan zones to corporate venues and high-end residential buyers. Expanding on our success, we are launching a brand-new venture: mobile arcade trailers outfitted with our custom games for event rentals, fan activations and private parties.

About the Role

We are looking for an adaptable, tech-savvy Sales & Growth Operations Coordinator to act as the operational engine for our business. In this hybrid role, you will partner directly with our Lead Salesperson to support our core arcade sales while taking point on building systems, setting up software tools and driving outreach for our new mobile arcade trailer entity.

What You’ll Do

Sales Support (Core Arcade Business)

·       Keep Deals Moving: Follow up with sales leads, respond to routine inquiries and ensure no potential buyer falls through the cracks.

·       Build Sales Assets: Draft clean sales sheets, compile customer testimonials and organize marketing materials to help close deals.

·       Sports & Venue Outreach: Help identify key decision-makers across pro sports franchises, stadium activation managers, university athletic departments and sports marketing agencies.

·       Handle Sales Admin: Keep lead tracking organized, draft quotes/proposals and coordinate logistics between sales and delivery.

Rental Operations & Launch (Mobile Arcade Venture)

·       Build Systems from Scratch: Help evaluate, select and implement our software stack (e.g., lightweight CRM, rental booking platforms and automated workflow tools).

·       Drive Rental Prospecting: Identify and outreach to potential rental clients, including corporate sponsors, festival organizers, fan zones and private event planners.

·       Manage Inquiries & Bookings: Handle incoming rental requests, coordinate calendar logistics, draft rental agreements and ensure smooth delivery prep.

·       Local Marketing & Promotion: Coordinate hyper-local outreach, assist with digital marketing assets and collect photo/video content from successful event activations.

Who You Are

·       Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, event coordination, project management or general small business administration.

·       Tech-Savvy & Systems-Minded: Comfortable evaluating, implementing and organizing software tools (CRMs, booking platforms, or project management software).

·       Comfortable with Ambiguity: You don't need a step-by-step manual to get started; you see an unstructured goal as an opportunity to build a clean process.

·       Proactive Communicator: You write clear, engaging emails, aren't afraid to pick up the phone and feel comfortable speaking with sports marketing directors and venue managers.

·       Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat spreadsheets, organized files and timely customer follow-ups.
