• Full-Time | Pay: $275,000–$300,000/year
\n
• 80% Clinical / 20% Administrative role
\n
• Urgent Care setting - Outpatient
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Provide urgent care for acute and complex conditions
\n
• Oversee providers, workflows, quality, and patient safety & help to mentor clinical staff
\n
• Support documentation, patient flow, and operational improvement
\n
• Partner with leadership on program growth and service development
\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• MD or DO with active California license
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
\n
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
\n
• 3+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or higher-volume outpatient experience
\n
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
\n
• FQHC or value-based care experience is a bonus
\n
