Farmer Role
The primary function of a Farmer is to develop and maintain a portfolio of restaurants to perform outstandingly within the DiDi Food platform.
A Farmer must seek a win-win collaboration for all parties involved to achieve profitable growth for DiDi and the associated restaurants.
The Farmer must achieve a good understanding of the business, becoming an advisor to the associated restaurants, contributing with strategic vision to improve their performance and through excellent customer service, achieve the maintenance of successful long-term commercial relationships.
Role Responsibilities
- Be the first and main point of contact with the restaurants in charge, ensuring close and constant communication, to contribute with a strategic vision, answer their questions and design together solid action plans for the growth of the restaurants and the best user experience of the app.
- Analyze the data and develop a deep understanding of the dynamics and behaviors of the allied restaurants, to design, plan and convince the implementation of commercial strategies, based on data, focused on increasing the participation of current restaurants and their loyalty.
- Build and foster a long-term relationship, based on trust, and with a win-win mentality.
- 80% fieldwork
Role Qualifications
- Professional in administrative careers, marketing, international business or related fields.
- Have 2 or more years of experience in account management and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Interpersonal skills: must have the ability to maintain constructive, collaborative and cooperative working relationships with internal and external clients and multi-functional organizations.
- Good attitude to learn quickly, adapt to market conditions and not give up without regard to difficulties.
- Master the market trends, know their impact on people and organizations in order to be an excellent post-sales executive.
- Sense of urgency and motivation to achieve objectives analyzing the possible scenarios.
- Experience in reaching and surpassing new sales quotas.
