Customer Service Representative

Pratt Industries - - Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders in a timely manner, based on customer needs and production schedules; Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and issues and resolve them with internal teams; Maintain up-to-date records of customer orders and changes, and communicate confirmations and paperwork; Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution; Coordinate and submit tooling paperwork for approval and production; assist sales staff with customer accounts and sales-related tasks
