Overview

Complete Quality is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented General Laborers to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment, unloading, ensuring that each order is fulfilled efficiently and correctly. This position plays a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise and timely order processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to teamwork.

Compensation:  

Approx. $18.00 Hourly| Paid weekly via 1099

Pay is based on production 0.38 per carton

Available Schedules:  

Sunday-Wednesday 6AM or 7AM start

Wednesday-Saturday 6AM or 7AM start

Responsibilities

• Review order sheets or electronic systems to determine items to be picked for each customer order
• Locate and select products within the warehouse using proper safety procedures
• Verify the accuracy of selected items against order specifications before packing
• Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts safely when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking area to promote efficiency
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during order selection and handling processes
• Assist with inventory counts and report stock shortages or damages promptly
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing picking accuracy and productivity

Experience

• RF Scanner experience
• WMS experience
• Manual Pallet Jack Experience
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move products throughout the shift
• Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience
• Must clear Background Check and Drug Test
• Steel toe boot/composite shoes and safety vest.
