Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time
Painter Requirements

• Previous painting experience preferred
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, and painting equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces in accordance with company standards
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and repairing as needed
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean work environment
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
• Perform touch-up painting and minor repairs as needed
• Maintain painting tools, equipment, and supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
• Assist with additional maintenance and facility projects as assigned
• Help ensure the appearance and physical condition of the property meets ownership and management objectives
