This practice has experienced consistent growth since opening two years ago in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. With a steady influx of new patients and a loyal existing base, we’re expanding our team to maintain our high standard of patient care. Earn up to $75/hour with additional production commission available at 30% whichever is higher each day. With a strong patient base and high demand, top hygienists in our group have exceeded $700,000 in annual production. The earning potential here is truly exceptional. About the Practice Location: Ultra-modern standalone building in central Bridgewater with its own parking lot. Practice Group: Part of a 16-office group. Team Structure: Collaborative team with Dentists, Dental Assistants, and administrative support. Technology: CBCT, digital scanners, Open Dental software, and other modern tools. The Role Flexible Monday thru Saturday available. Responsibilities Delivering preventative care, scaling and root planing, oral health education, and working alongside the doctor to co-manage treatment. Qualifications Must Haves: Active hygiene license, great communication skills, and a strong commitment to patient care. Nice to Haves: Experience with digital systems and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting. Compensation Competitive pay based on production or daily rate high earning potential with consistent patient flow.
