• Create clear and concise technical documents
• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Maintain and update existing documentation
• Ensure all materials meet company standards
• Conduct research to support documentation
• Organize information in logical structures

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong writing and editing abilities
• Proficiency in document formatting tools
• Familiarity with content management systems
• Ability to translate technical jargon into plain language
• Experience with style guides (e.g., AP, MLA)
• Attention to detail and accuracy

DESIRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of technical tools (e.g., Markdown, XML)
• Experience with graphics or design tools
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
