Job Opening: Accounts Payable Specialist We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced, professional environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices accurately and on time, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Pay: $50,000-$60,000 Key Responsibilities Process and code invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments Assist with month-end close and audit preparation The Accounts Payable Specialist will maintain organized and accurate financial records Qualifications Prior accounts payable or general accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist is dependable, organized, and deadline-driven Compensation & Schedule This Accounts Payable Specialist position offers competitive pay based on experience Full-time schedule with standard business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
