Job Summary And Qualifications The Behavioral Health Quality Coordinator participates in performance program evaluation, with oversite including Infection Prevention. The Quality Coordinator monitors and analyzes improvement project needs, issues, problems that could impact success. The Quality Coordinator acts as the organizational expert in team efficiency, problem identification, problem solving, improvement measurement and tracking. What qualifications you will need: Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, required. Master’s degree preferred. Licensure: Licensure (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Clinical Social Worker) or certification in field required Certification: CPR, facility approved de-escalation training within 30 days of hire Experience: Working knowledge of collection of healthcare data and performance improvement tools and methodology.
