Create and present tailored insurance quotes that align with the specific needs of individuals and families in the Mobile area. Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal database. Follow up with prospects to answer questions and address concerns regarding their policy options. Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure new policies are issued smoothly and accurately. Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build lasting professional connections. Requirements Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Alabama. Three or more years of successful experience in sales or client management. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Comfort using modern computers and insurance-specific software programs. Detail-oriented approach to reviewing policy documents.
