Xiaohongshu Online Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities
1 Promote Korean telecom products and services on Xiaohongshu platform
2 Respond to customer inquiries, provide professional product explanations and follow-up sales services
3 Publish simple daily posts, update product information, and maintain account activity
4 Develop new individual and corporate customers, complete daily and monthly sales targets
5 Cooperate with the team to optimize sales methods and improve customer conversion rate
Job Requirements
1 Fluent in English and Chinese
2 Familiar with Xiaohongshu platform operation, able to communicate and interact with users actively
3 Good sales awareness, customer service attitude and communication skills
4 Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently and complete sales tasks
5 No industry experience required, fresh graduates and international students are highly welcome
