Investments Analyst - IOS Acquisitions

Our client, a rapidly growing real estate investment platform focused on alternative storage assets, is seeking a Deal Sourcing Analyst with experience in Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) to support acquisition efforts across targeted U.S. markets. This vertically integrated investment manager specializes in acquiring, operating, and repositioning IOS and marina assets throughout high-growth secondary markets nationwide. The team combines institutional-level underwriting with hands‑on operational expertise to create value across fragmented and under‑served asset classes.
