Claims Call Center Representative

Handling a high volume of inbound client inquiries, the full-time Claims Call Center Representative will provide information, process customer profile changes, and ensure first call resolution while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Provides resolution to client/customer inquiries and requests over the phone by utilizing knowledge of business rules, products, and procedures Determines root causes and resolves client/customer issues, coordinating with internal departments as necessary Enters semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system Required qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2 - 4 years of related experience in a call center or customer service environment Virtual Vocations Inc
