Service Manager – High-Volume Toyota Dealership (Chicago Metro) We are hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead a fast‑paced, high‑volume Toyota dealership in the Chicago metro area. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for a proven leader who understands how to run an efficient, profitable service department while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead all service department operations with full accountability for performance Manage, coach, and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff Drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability across the department Monitor KPIs and implement improvements where needed Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies Manage and control direct departmental expenses Qualifications Prior experience as a Service Manager in a dealership environment is preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive measurable results Strong understanding of service department operations, metrics, and workflow Ability to hold employees accountable and maintain high standards Toyota or Lexus experience is preferred, but not required What We Offer Competitive, performance‑driven pay plan Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Established, high‑volume store with strong support structure Long‑term stability and growth opportunity This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to run a department, not learn how to run one.
