Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Maximus is hiring bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support the Health Texas project by handling customer care and enrollment services via telephone, IVR and web portals. Training is provided to empower CSRs with knowledge and professionalism. Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. This full-time, hybrid/remote role starts onsite for training and can transition to remote work after completion, with a schedule from 8AM to 6:30PM CST. #J-18808-Ljbffr
