Job Overview Job Type: Regular. Work Location: Walmart 1493 - Monroeville, AL 36460. Category: Full-Time Retail Sales. Immediate hire with paid training. Responsibilities Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and employees. Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals. Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance. Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs & suggest products. Advise customers with product & service information. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional, presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Meet monthly/weekly sales quotas. Customer/client satisfaction based on rejection percentage and complaints. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission. Average weekly earnings expected between $800 and $1,000. Paid training course. Next‑day pay on‑demand with DailyPay. Base pay raise every six months.
