Job Summary The salary range for this position is $380,000 to $430,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. The Chief will be the key clinical, strategic, and operational leader for the ongoing operations and development of these services at Salem Hospital.
